Three weeks in - “We Hear You” offers all hospitality venues real-time customer feedback to help reb

Consumers have now ventured out an average of 2.7 times and have visited an average of 2.8 venues since 4th July. Generally speaking, the majority of consumers are falling into one of three camps; Those who have visited the on-trade first time accounting for just under 40%, those who have visited the on-trade 2 to 3 times just over 40% and the remaining consumers now visiting frequently (4 or more times since reopening).
