Wagamama launches dish development concept 'noodle lab'

'At the end of their meal, guests will be asked to leave a one-minute review using Yumpingo’s food intelligence platform, which will provide insight into the success of each dish and continue to “put customers firmly at the heart of (Wagamama’s) offering.”
